Job Opportunity

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to enhance the user experience and design of our web-based applications. This role involves conducting thorough UX research and creating intuitive UI designs to solve user problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand pain points and user needs.
  • Design user interfaces and interaction models that are intuitive and responsive.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align the overall design with user needs and business goals.
  • Implement design aesthetics using Figma, ensuring high-quality visual coherence.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in UX research and UI design for web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma is essential.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
