Role and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
  • Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Define navigation structures and hierarchies to enhance user understanding and efficiency.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with design systems to ensure consistency across user interfaces and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
  • Collaborate with the core design team and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Apply UX principles. principles to create intuitive, seamless, and delightful user experiences.
  • Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Comprehensive and well-organized portfolio that showcases a range of projects, demonstrating your skills and the evolution of your design thinking and process.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, or other prototyping tools.
  • Empathetic approach to understanding user needs and incorporating that understanding into design solutions.
  • Understanding of accessibility and visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Good knowledge of the design system and its components maintenance.
  • Good understanding of microcopy and UX writing.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements, user feedback, and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in animations is a plus.
  • 3+ years of working experience.
