We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic remote team as an Automation and Process Specialist. If you're passionate about creating efficiency through automation and have experience in workflow analysis, process documentation, and automation design, this is your chance to elevate your career.

In this role, you will analyze Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success workflows to enhance and streamline processes. You will collaborate with department leads to document workflows and create effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also design and manage automations using tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier, and regularly evaluate and optimize existing processes for increased efficiency.

  • Analyze and improve Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success workflows to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows and create SOPs that ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Design, implement, and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in automation creation and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Workflows and Zapier (preferred but not required).
