Business Development Representative

Engage with international brand owners, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients for our marketing services.

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Closer with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales. As a remote Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building rapport with prospects, handling objections confidently, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach to international brand owners.
  • Effectively pitch Adxpanse's marketing services to qualified leads.
  • Build trust with international clients and communicate value effectively.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Appointment Setter, or in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or fluent accent.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable using Dialer, Zoom/Google Meet, and CRM tools for outreach and follow-ups.
