Category Growth Manager
OLX is seeking a Category Growth Manager to lead its high-performing sales team. The core responsibility will be to drive growth of revenue, content and customer satisfaction at a category level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and sales performance.
- Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize their performance in the field.
- Set pricing strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to execute category-specific plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize category performance, including traffic, conversion, acquisition, renewals and revenue metrics.
- Continuously improve the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction for the category verticals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience of using data to create actionable strategies.
- Excellent command of English & local / regional languages (verbal & written).
- Previous experience in the online classifieds or online marketplace industry is preferred.
