Brand Manager For Men's Store
About The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote Mens Store products and services. They will provide marketing and customer service direction, structure and implement seasonal marketing plans, identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategies based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics.
They will also develop yearly marketing plans for optimal product mix, pricing strategy, media mix and distribution expansion requirements. Additionally, they will secure ads for the magazine from different organizations and work closely with them to maximize the exposure of the Mens Store business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop pricing strategies that balance firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate activities of departments such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance and research.
- Manage events, brands and Mens Store PR coordination and strategy.
- Implement VIP customer strategies, CRM/loyalty programs and MTM strategies.
- Develop PR strategy for the company's luxury side and the CEO in synergy with Lotus.
- Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
- Focus on the development of company business as well as expansion into untapped markets.
- Develop yearly sales promotion/advertising budget for approval by the CEO.
- Develop sales forecasts and implement sales promotion strategies/tactics to meet targets set by management.
