Digital Marketing Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to join our team onsite in Lahore. This role involves handling customer calls, providing information about digital marketing services, resolving inquiries, and actively promoting sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. They will also have previous experience in call center or customer service roles, preferably with exposure to digital marketing sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls related to digital marketing products and services.
  • Provide detailed information about digital marketing offerings.
  • Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs to resolve queries and objections effectively.
  • Identify sales opportunities during calls and close sales to meet targets.
