  • Compliance with labour regulations and company policies is non-negotiable.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions, is indispensable.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with the management team in evaluating employee performance, establishing goals, and maintaining evaluation records.
  • This role involves implementing programmes to appreciate and motivate employees, fostering a sense of belonging and commitment.
  • Preparation of HR reports, such as staff turnover rates, attendance statistics, and training outcomes, provides valuable insights for organisational growth.
  • Data analysis and presentation to senior management enables informed decision-making and strategy enhancement.
