Leadership Development Program Lead Facilitator Job Description

The role of the Leadership Development Program Lead Facilitator is to design, implement, and facilitate leadership development programs for senior-level executives. This includes developing training materials, leading workshops, and providing coaching to participants.

  1. Communicate with LDP coaches prior to senior alignment meetings, training sessions, each LDP workshop, and final results presentations to share design notes and receive technical guidance.
  2. Write workshop reports after senior alignment meetings, each LDP workshop, and coaching sessions.
  3. Prior to senior alignment meetings, design ways to integrate LDPs into client organizations' processes, discuss client involvement, and ensure sustainability.
  4. Design training sessions for facilitators in collaboration with LDP coaches.
  5. Develop coaching sessions between LDP workshops, involving participants from client organizations.
  6. Conduct senior alignment meetings with key stakeholders.
  7. Lead training sessions for facilitators.
  8. Review participants' challenge models and action plans, offering feedback based on LDP Facilitator M&E Guide principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Health Care, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. An advanced degree in Public Health or a relevant field is an asset. A minimum of eight years of experience in training facilitators, LDP workshops/presentations, and coaching is required. Experience working in the health care sector, specifically in LDP facilitation, is essential. The ability to coordinate project teams, handle multiple assignments, and work at both macro and micro levels is crucial.

  1. University degree in Health Care, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. At least eight years of experience in training facilitators, LDP workshops/presentations, and coaching.
  3. Experience working in the health care sector, specifically in LDP facilitation.
  4. Ability to coordinate project teams and handle multiple assignments.
  5. Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
