Job Overview

Nestlé SA seeks a highly skilled Sales Promotion Specialist to implement Cycle Plan agenda, coordinate trade marketing plans/activities and ensure POP controls within the Region for sustainable business growth.

A Day in the Life:

  1. Timely communicate and implement Cycle Plan activities to sales team monthly, ensuring seamless execution.
  2. Ensure proper merchandising calendar implementation in the Region, driving sales growth through effective inventory management.
  3. Adhere to company principles and policies through record keeping and POSM warehouse management, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
  4. Lead zonal sales promotion teams, focusing on merchandising discipline, punctuality, and performance records to drive results-oriented teamwork.
  5. Implement POP control procedures through inventory reports, minimize POSM ageing, and apply POSM within timeframe, maximizing ROI.
  6. Provide market intelligence, sales promotion activation documents, and competitor information to SPM monthly, fostering informed decision-making.
  7. Manage company assets such as sampling vans, booths, vending machines, and stands, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or business-related field.
  2. 3-4 years of sales experience with successful KPI delivery, demonstrating leadership potential.
  3. Capacity to understand sales functional areas including CCSD, customer relationship, and distribution handling, driving business acumen.
