Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer to lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern Angular frameworks and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture and technical direction for large-scale projects, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.

  • Lead technical reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met across projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology with business needs.

  • Actively mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

  • Help identify and interview technical talent, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture.

  • Embrace a consulting mindset by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through innovative technical solutions.

  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Serve as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects.

  • Engage in continuous learning of industry trends, tools, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on Angular (latest versions).

  • Strong hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Angular-based applications.

  • Ability to integrate GraphQL APIs efficiently and handle data queries within frontend applications.

  • Proficiency in creating and modifying responsive UI components with attention to clean and maintainable code.

  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of media queries, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and mobile-first design principles.

  • Ensuring consistent application performance and functionality across different browsers.

  • Writing lightweight, maintainable, and scalable code.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
