About the Role
  • This is a remote, full-time position that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring timely maintenance requests are completed, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in real estate operations or a related field and possess strong analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage property listings, track leasing activity, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
  2. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
  3. Analyze financial data, track rent collections, and assist with accounting reports and delinquencies.
  4. Support executive-level decision-making by maintaining accurate records and providing data-driven insights.
  5. Maintain digital file systems, troubleshoot tools, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
