Job Description:

Momin Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage our portfolio of short-term-rental properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. The ideal candidate will manage property operations, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and smooth day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all booking inquiries and respond to guest messages in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings, provide check-in instructions, and address any questions or concerns.
  3. Coordinate with owners, cleaners, and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Optimize property listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and bookings.
  5. Coordinate the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
  6. Respond to guest reviews and feedback.
  7. Establish long-term relationships with clients.
Job Specification:

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in short-term rental management, hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Experience with STR platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance coordination.
  5. Attention to detail and customer service focus.
  6. Only residents of Lahore will be preferred.
