Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our integrated digital marketing efforts, driving business growth through innovative campaigns and analytics-driven insights.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, as well as the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for analyzing performance data to create or refine content that ranks highly in search engine results and drives quality organic traffic to our website and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and display advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Create and execute click funnel strategies to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  3. Establish and maintain regular reporting procedures to track campaign performance and optimize results.
  4. Evaluate and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  5. Analyze insights and trends, optimizing ad spend and performance accordingly to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
  6. Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with designers to optimize campaigns and enhance the user experience across multiple touchpoints.
  8. Independently or collaboratively design graphics and landing pages to support campaign objectives and promote brand consistency.
  9. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance engagement.
  10. Identify emerging technologies and provide guidance on their adoption where appropriate, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  11. Maintain and refine the website experience, including SEO, CMS, reviews, and pricing/promotional calendar, to ensure consistency in our acquisition strategy and consumer digital experience.
