Job Title: AI Integration Professional
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI Integration Specialist. This role involves the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions into business operations and the development of a custom GPT system linked with SAP to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Custom GPT System Development: Design, build, and refine a custom GPT system to automate tasks such as bank reconciliation, data summarization, and financial reporting.
  • Integrate the GPT system with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, inventory management, and production planning).
  • Enable natural language queries for SAP data access and insights.
  • AI Integration and Automation: Automate repetitive business processes (e.g., inventory tracking, reporting, and order management).
  • Research and implement AI tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Zapier).
  • Create intuitive dashboards and generate real-time business insights using AI analytics.
  • Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm AI-based solutions and prioritize projects.
  • Conduct testing and optimize AI tools for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Train team members on using AI-driven systems to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Market Research and Scalability: Research AI applications and best practices in footwear manufacturing and SAP integration.
  • Identify scalable solutions to commercialize AI systems for other businesses and industries.
  • End-to-End AI Integration: Identify all potential areas within the business that can benefit from AI integration, including supply chain, customer interactions, and production workflows.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to connect and optimize various functions, creating a fully integrated AI ecosystem.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python and API integrations (experience with OpenAI API is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and tools like OData or SAP BTP.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in AI applications for manufacturing (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality control).
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
