We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Officer.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care at our institution. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and work instructions to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance on the development and implementation of QA procedures, including training and information sessions.
  • Collaborate with risk management, health and safety, and patient experience teams to improve overall quality.
  • Analyze quality-related data through various means, such as audits, accreditation reviews, incident reports, and staff and patient feedback.
  • Oversee direct reports in managing their areas of operational responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and have 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputable hospital. Strong communication and report writing skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 Years' post qualification experience in a reputable healthcare organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and report writing skills.

The selected candidate will participate in internal trainings and contribute to determining the objective scope of internal audits and annual action plans.
