Job Summary:

  • Key Responsibilities include monitoring process sheets and job settings to recommend improvements for product quality and efficiency.
  • Production plans are analyzed against actuals, causes of variation or shortfalls are identified, and corrective actions are implemented through supervisors.
  • Wastage reduction plans are developed and implemented, working closely with shift teams.
  • Supplier coordination ensures timely resolution of quality complaints related to raw materials, semi-finished items, and packing materials.
  • Material availability is ensured, and stores and plant managers are coordinated to address shortfalls.
  • Maintenance department collaboration resolves persistent machine and accessory issues affecting wastage.

Requirements:

  • Experience in injection molding units is beneficial.
