Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong background in sales, with expertise in the sales cycle and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in various markets.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients and partners, driving growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and conditions, assessing their impact on our operations.
  • Analyze customer portfolios to identify potential sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop innovative business strategies and concepts, testing and refining them as needed.
  • Educate colleagues on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Design and utilize data-gathering tools and methods to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor changing market trends, predicting their causes and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage international client interactions, including B2B and B2C transactions.
  • Proactively seek out new customers and bring business to the company, growing revenue and expanding our customer base.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Analyze financial data to develop effective cost reduction and revenue growth strategies.
  • Support branding and media communication efforts, including press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, and website content.
  • Analyze budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, and product deficiencies to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
  • Effectively manage customer calls and appointments to drive new business opportunities.
  • Train and guide marketing and business development associates to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite, with experience using tools such as Sendinblue preferred.
  • Critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and organizational expertise, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, including email marketing, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
