Marketing Position Overview

Graphic Junction has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our social media efforts and developing effective social media strategies.

You will work closely with our team to plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, develop and implement content marketing strategies, and monitor and analyze campaign performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and optimizing social media platforms.
  • Executing ad campaigns across all channels and building/managing online communities.
  • Developing, editing, scheduling, publishing, and sharing high-quality content on various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase reach, engagement, followers, and drive business objectives such as leads and sales.
  • Familiarity with graphic editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) or mobile apps is required for editing visual content.
  • Monitoring and analyzing relevant social metrics, providing insights, and reporting on campaign effectiveness across social platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with social media best practices and maintaining content quality.
  • Regular competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and align client social media strategies with industry best practices and the latest trends.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns, either in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns through paid social advertising.
  • Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes within the social media landscape.
  • Experience using social media management/scheduling and reporting tools such as AgoraPulse, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and more.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong client management skills to manage client expectations.
