We are seeking a Quality Manager - Product Development to lead the quality assurance and quality control efforts across Astera Software, Inc.
This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy that ensures the highest standards of quality in all products, aligns with industry regulations, and enhances customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust quality management system (QMS) aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA and QC professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Foster a culture of accountability and responsibility for product quality across all teams.
- Oversee the execution of test plans, including manual and automated testing, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing methodologies and tools, with at least 5 years focused on QA/QC in product development.
- Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
