We are seeking a highly skilled professional to own a portfolio of customers and foster strong relationships. This role involves the post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on maximizing value through effective use of our database.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on our database's core functionalities for diverse use cases.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and functionalities to customers.
  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers with varying touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize client value.
  • Lead customer interactions from implementation to renewals and growth discussions.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, providing valuable feedback.
  • Manage escalated ticket requests in collaboration with the Support team.
  • Share updates on products, events, and maintain internal reports.

Requirements:

">
  • Degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving Cloud technologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Database (SQL, noSQL, HTAP) and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong project management, issue tracking, and accountability skills.
  • Excellent verbal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills including leading customer-facing technical and business workshops.
  • Experience in escalation management and risk mitigation, showcasing business acumen.
  • Resourceful problem solver with innovative approaches.
