Senior Graphic Designer and UI/UX Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer and UI/UX Expert to deliver exceptional online user experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging user interfaces, optimizing existing designs, and communicating with clients to understand their business goals.
  • This role requires strong technical and business skills, as well as the ability to combine creativity with an awareness of design elements.
  • The successful candidate will develop intuitive and user-centric solutions, create prototypes for new product ideas, and test new concepts before implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to discuss and explain design options.
  • This position also involves creating social media posts, creatives for paid campaigns, and advising on best practices throughout design projects.
Key Responsibilities

Designing User Interfaces: Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that meet client needs and expectations.

Optimizing Existing Designs: Analyze and optimize existing user interface designs to improve user experience and satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and collaborate with the team on project concepts.

Solution Development: Develop technical and business requirements, and strive to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.

Requirements and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innovative and opinionated, detail-oriented, critical thinker, problem solver, and knowledge of industry-standard software.
