Job Summary

The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business operations at the assigned location. This includes coordinating training initiatives, ensuring quality service delivery, and implementing strategies to enhance branch performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage and develop business operations at the location to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Training Coordination: Collaborate with trainers to develop and implement training schedules for staff development.
  • Workforce Optimization: Oversee trainers and support staff rosters.
  • Quality Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service and support are provided to customers at the location level.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and key metrics.
  • Campus Growth and Objectives: Implement directives to drive campus growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Awareness and Outreach: Establish and maintain partnerships, conduct sessions, and organize seminars to maximize awareness of our products and services.
  • Office Operations Management: Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise location staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Culture and Teamwork: Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among location staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between location staff and the Head Office, communicating operational updates, issues, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
