Analytics Business Partner

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Analytics Business Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use cases overall, and in the domain of analytics specifically. This will involve providing ideas and input on how we can improve frameworks and understand customer, client, and business dynamics in new ways.

You will utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to surface accurate and compelling insights, and employ descriptive and predictive analytics to discover new insights and build data products.

In this role, you will deliver business-critical analytics in a timely manner, improve our analytical frameworks, and explore, investigate, and develop hypotheses to discuss with the team and clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing recommendation engines to drive engagement with end-users
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Understanding the impact of product features and experience on business KPIs
  • Mentoring team members and working to continually improve our work product

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in analytics and business acumen. Some of the key qualifications include:

  • Ability to manage analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of standard predictive and classification models
