Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will build impactful dashboards and collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards.
  • Translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain existing dashboards.
  • Implement Tableau Cloud.
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL.
  • Automate and schedule reports.
  • Maintain clear documentation for dashboards and data sources.
Preferred Background:
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Understanding of data security (HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of Tableau development experience.
  • Proficient in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Solid grasp of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
