Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Market Intelligence Expert to contribute to our research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research focused on service-based industries, including market trends, competitive analysis, and customer behavior.
  2. Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the target industry to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  3. Data Gathering: Gather and analyze data from various primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  4. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with organizational goals.
  6. Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to provide timely insights.
  7. Business Development: Support business development initiatives by identifying market gaps and evaluating potential partnerships or ventures.
  8. Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring that research outputs are well-documented and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a research analyst role, with a strong emphasis on service-based research.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
