Job Title: Brand Asset Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Asset Specialist to join our team. As a key player in delivering creative assets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will transform creative ideas into polished visual assets across digital and print.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a production design or graphic design role, with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. They will be detail-obsessed, with excellent layout, color, and typography instincts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate and execute design concepts into final production-ready assets across digital, print, e-commerce, and more while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Resize, retouch, and reformat existing creative to suit different formats.
  • Collaborate with designers and cross-functional marketing teams to support seasonal creative campaigns, promotions, and more.
  • Prepare pixel-perfect files for production and liaise with business owners to ensure quality output.
  • Maintain and organize visual asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Keep projects on track and organized across multiple timelines and channels.
  • QA and test creative across digital devices to ensure functionality.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a production design or graphic design role.
  • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Detail-obsessed with excellent layout, color, and typography instincts.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
  • Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
  • Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
  • A collaborative spirit and a good sense of fun.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
