Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud. In this role, you will support the migration of CRM and operational data from HubSpot to Salesforce and Revenova, assist in validating and cleansing data to ensure a successful migration, collaborate with implementation partners and the internal RevOps team to meet project deadlines, and serve as the internal Salesforce and Revenova admin.

You will also maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations, build and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to sales and account management KPIs, identify and implement process improvements using automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules, and ensure data hygiene and consistency across Salesforce and integrated tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with data migration projects (HubSpot to Salesforce migration experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (and ideally experience with logistics CRMs such as Revenova or similar)
  • Proficient in building and customizing reports, dashboards, and automations
  • Experience maintaining data integrity and managing large datasets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
