Faculty Position in Healthcare Management

We are seeking a highly qualified faculty member to teach and conduct research in the field of healthcare management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering academic programs, conducting research, and publishing scholarly work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver academic programs in healthcare management, including courses and sessions for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students.
  • Conduct research in healthcare management, with a focus on innovative teaching methodologies and academic administration.
  • Publish scholarly work in reputable journals, including articles, case studies, and book chapters.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of academic abilities, including deep knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies and academic administration. Additionally, they should have skills in planning and organizing curricula, with a strong grasp of academic administration. Preference will be given to those having experience in hybrid teaching and learning mode.

Exceptional research achievements, with publications, successful grant writing, and impactful research in the field are necessary. Leadership qualities with the ability to build and sustain effective teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, along with an excellent command of both verbal and written English and Urdu languages, will be considered an asset for this role.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in healthcare management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have two years of post-doctoral experience and demonstrated high-quality teaching capacity as a senior instructor.
