About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Partnership Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating field-level interventions, establishing Climate Business Field Schools, Farmer Field Schools for Women, and Climate Resilient Agriculture demonstration sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in agriculture, water management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural research, including quantitative and qualitative methods. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
