Nursing Unit Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in assigned units.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care Management: Manage and supervise a team of nurses to ensure exceptional patient care, including conducting regular patient assessments and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
  • Infection Control and Patient Safety: Implement International Patient Safety Goals and Infection Control practices in assigned units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Section Head, Clinicians, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of quality services, driving improvements in patient care, safety, and overall unit performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
  • Experience: 5-6 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role
  • Certifications: Valid PNC registration required
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Urdu and English languages
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and work efficiently under time constraints, prioritizing tasks as needed
