Career Opportunity: Clinical Nursing Position

As a clinical nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments in clinics or on-field situations to identify potential health risks and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure safe equipment handling and usage to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and perform regular nursing care to maintain optimal health outcomes.
  • Administer medication safely and report any incidents promptly to ensure patient well-being.
  • Collaborate with field doctors during consultations and procedures to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Take action in emergency/disaster situations and perform emergency procedures as per scope of service to protect patients and staff.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution (Baccalaureate Degree preferred) to ensure a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Minimum two years' experience in acute care settings to demonstrate expertise and professionalism.
  • Valid license from the relevant nursing council to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation, and Aseptic Techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills, to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Flexibility to work in shift duties to accommodate changing patient needs and hospital operations.
