    2. Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM to align with business needs in construction, real estate, and manufacturing.">
    3. Define master data for equipment, functional locations, bills of materials (BOM), and maintenance task lists.">
    4. Set up preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.">
    5. Implement Work Order Management, including notifications, scheduling, and execution tracking.">
    6. Integrate SAP PM/EAM with other SAP modules such as MM (procurement), FI/CO (costing), PS (project management), and HR (workforce management).">
    7. Configure warranty management and spare parts planning for asset maintenance.">

    6. Optimize maintenance costs and resource allocation through data-driven decision-making.">

  5. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM/EAM issues, ensuring system reliability.">
  6. Work closely with maintenance teams, project managers, and business users to improve processes.">
  7. Develop user training programs and best practices documentation.">
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.">

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAP AIN (Asset Intelligence Network) and SAP FSM (Field Service Management).">

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.">
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP PM/EAM within construction, real estate, or manufacturing.">
  • Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, asset management, and reliability engineering.">
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and cloud-based EAM solutions.">
  • Knowledge of integration with MM, FI/CO, PS, and HR modules.">
  • Familiarity with IoT, predictive maintenance, and Industry 4.0 trends.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.">
