Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize SAP PM/EAM solutions for asset management, equipment maintenance, and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle management, work order processing, and integration with other SAP modules.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

  1. SAP PM/EAM Implementation & Configuration:
    1. Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM to align with business needs in construction, real estate, and manufacturing.
    2. Define master data for equipment, functional locations, bills of materials (BOM), and maintenance task lists.
    3. Set up preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
    4. Implement Work Order Management, including notifications, scheduling, and execution tracking.
    5. Integrate SAP PM/EAM with SAP MM (procurement), FI/CO (costing), PS (project management), and HR (workforce management).
    6. Configure warranty management and spare parts planning for asset maintenance.
  2. Asset & Maintenance Management:
    1. Develop strategies for effective asset lifecycle management, including capital projects and maintenance.
    2. Monitor and track asset performance using KPIs and real-time analytics.
    3. Support digital transformation initiatives, including IoT-based predictive maintenance.
    4. Implement mobile solutions for field maintenance teams using SAP Fiori or other platforms.
    5. Optimize maintenance costs and resource allocation through data-driven decision-making.
  3. System Support & Process Optimization:
    1. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM/EAM issues, ensuring system reliability.
    2. Work closely with maintenance teams, project managers, and business users to improve processes.
    3. Develop user training programs and best practices documentation.
    4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

  • SAP PM/EAM certification.
  • Experience with SAP AIN (Asset Intelligence Network) and SAP FSM (Field Service Management).
  • Knowledge of GIS integration for asset mapping.
  • Experience with machine learning-based predictive maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP PM/EAM within construction, real estate, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, asset management, and reliability engineering.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and cloud-based EAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration with MM, FI/CO, PS, and HR modules.
  • Familiarity with IoT, predictive maintenance, and Industry 4.0 trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
