We are seeking a qualified professional to provide confidential telephonic support to youth across the country. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a non-judgmental approach to addressing various concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer empathetic and confidential counseling in Pashto, English, and Urdu
  • Evaluate mental health needs and provide psychological first aid
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, referring high-risk cases as necessary
  • Participate in training and awareness campaigns to promote positive change
Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology or equivalent qualification (Clinical Psychology/M.Phil. and Clinical diploma)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Pashto and Urdu, with English being an asset
  • Showcase at least 2 years' experience in counseling, preferably in a telephonic or online setting
