  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, addressing both new and existing customers' needs.
  • Deliver accurate and concise information with the goal of resolving issues on the first contact.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients by offering courteous and consistent service.
  • Efficiently handle track & trace requests and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Generate quotes as required to support a variety of client inquiries.
  • Take full ownership of issues, ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolutions.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A professional attitude, being empathetic and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an asset.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and strong attention to detail.
