Education Guidance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalized counselling sessions with prospective students and their parents/guardians
  • Evaluate students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial capabilities
  • Provide detailed insights into universities, courses, and study destinations
  • Guide students through application processes, documentation, and deadlines
  • Assist with course selection based on career objectives and market trends
  • Organize group information sessions and educational seminars
  • Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements and visa processes
  • Monitor student applications and follow up on admission outcomes
  • Offer pre-departure orientation and guidance
  • Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in educational counselling or study abroad consultancy
  • In-depth knowledge of international education systems and universities
  • Understanding of visa processes for major study destinations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of scholarship opportunities and financial aid options
