  • Able to work in an evening shift schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE).
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Able to learn and adapt software development processes.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
