Biz Dev Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Biz Dev Expert to drive business growth through effective lead generation and prospect management. The ideal candidate will have experience with lead generation and prospect management, excellent communication skills, and be able to think critically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply rigorous processes to bid and negotiate effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to promote new initiatives.
  • Review bids/RFPs/REQs to develop winning proposals and kickoff materials.
  • Collaborate with proposal development teams to create compelling bid content.
  • Manage client information and customize content using templates.
  • Analyze RFPs to build compliance matrices and develop winning strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality bid content and meet proposal deadlines.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities.
  • Proven track record in lead generation/business development.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
