Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

A skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist is required to lead client projects related to social media management.

The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with clients effectively, gather requirements, and communicate them to the internal team. This proactive person should have a strong work ethic and be open to new challenges, ensuring tasks are completed at the highest standards consistently.

They should be able to work independently or in teams as needed, having previous experience of managing social media accounts, developing creative strategies, generating leads, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business communications strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Plan and execute SEO / SEM campaigns to increase online visibility.
  • Design and implement creative content strategies on social media platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure timely posting to engage audiences.
  • Possess basic HTML / CSS skills for website development and maintenance.
  • Have basic Photoshop skills for visual content creation.
  • Manage WordPress websites and blogs for smooth user experiences.
  • Integrate social media accounts for seamless communication across channels.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Write compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilize MailChimp or equivalent email marketing tools to nurture customer relationships.
