Service Manager


Description

We are looking for a Service Manager who will ensure the highest level of quality service to our customers and dealers. This includes reducing repeat repairs and response times, as well as monitoring and controlling operational expenditures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in after-sales services, preferably in the appliances industry. They should be able to coordinate with authorized service centers, provide guidance on improving service quality, and ensure timely reporting and feedback.

In addition, the Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the availability of spare parts, maintaining sufficient stock levels, and arranging for timely demands from head office or local purchases.

They must also ensure that all requirements of the ISO9000 Quality Management System are fulfilled and work is carried out in accordance with defined standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent team building skills, customer orientation, supervisory skills, and the ability to educate and train service staff effectively.

Experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing is an added advantage.
