Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing all sales and distribution activities within a designated cluster, ensuring seamless operations and continuous growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability and drive consistent increase in market penetration for our products.
  • Enforce distribution policies and maintain strict discipline across the territory.
  • Supervise Grid Managers, providing guidance to help them manage their teams effectively and achieve their targets.
  • Evaluate potential outlets based on key criteria, including the number of shops, coverage, financial and logistical strength, brand affiliations, and reputation.
  • Keep channel partners well-informed on updates related to SOPs, targets, and trade promotions.
  • Ensure that the sales team is fully trained, equipped, and knowledgeable about all company products.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering or similar with relevant experience of DICT Products & Solutions.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar field.
