Job Title: Key Account Acquisitions Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to establish and maintain relationships with wholesale distributors and brand suppliers. This role involves outbound calls, negotiation, and securing supplier accounts for our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to wholesale distributors and brand suppliers to inquire about account openings and opportunities.
  • Effectively communicating and building long-lasting relationships with suppliers through phone and email interactions.
  • Following up on leads and ensuring account approvals by maintaining communication channels with suppliers.
  • Managing a database of contacted suppliers and tracking responses to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Collaborating with the team to align calling efforts with business objectives and needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a calling role (customer service, sales, or telemarketing) with a focus on developing strong communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage suppliers and negotiate agreements.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and building rapport with suppliers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to follow established scripts while adapting to conversations naturally and providing personalized solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills to ensure seamless communication with suppliers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in B2B sales or working with distributors can be beneficial in this role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms can provide an added advantage.
