The Role: External Audit Manager

We are seeking a seasoned External Audit Manager to join our team in Islamabad. As a key member of our audit team, you will oversee complex engagements and drive growth for the MENA Audit business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of audit engagements including strategy definition and compliance with policies
  • Execution of complex procedures, financial management, and support for business development
  • Building strong relationships and delivering high-quality work, identifying risks, and escalating issues as needed
  • Fostering a positive learning culture through coaching junior team members and contributing to recruitment, retention, and training initiatives

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proactivity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset
  • Effective prioritization, resource management, and communication

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong academic record and professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)
  • Professional experience in external audit at a reputable firm
