Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand loyalty, and expand brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our organization's goals.
  2. Create and oversee the implementation of marketing content across various channels, including digital, email, and social media platforms.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and collaborate with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.
  4. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
  5. Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
Requirements
  1. Prior experience in identifying target audiences and devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  2. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to optimize Google Adwords campaigns and Social Media campaigns.
  3. Numerical literacy and proficiency in working with spreadsheets.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as project management abilities.
