Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations or Management from a reputable institution.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as an administrator or operations manager.
  • Preferably with industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to mentor team members, increase customer service quality, and implement best practices across all levels.
