Import Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth importation of goods into Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cargo Management: Coordinate with airlines and delivery agents to resolve any issues related to shipments and documentation.
  • Delivery Logistics: Prepare and maintain delivery order-related documents, as well as coordinate deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
  • Airport Operations: Participate in cargo loading at the airport to ensure completeness and even distribution of weight.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and count items received, checking them against invoices or other documents, and recording any discrepancies or damaged goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency: Efficient computer skills, including MS Office, internet usage, and common software.
  • Front Desk Experience: Experience as a front desk officer, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
