Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain procurement plans that align with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs by optimizing supply chains and negotiating better deals.
  • Lead a team of sourcing professionals to meet established targets and standards.
  • Implement process improvements to create value across the supply chain through cost reduction and efficiency gains.
  • Work with colleagues to communicate the financial implications of lead times on the business.
  • Maintain market price trends and supplier capabilities knowledge.
  • Ensure customer-oriented service to the business through credibility and relationships establishment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through education, communication, and initiatives.
  • Develop and coordinate learning and development plans for career growth.
  • Conduct assessments to identify procurement challenges and implement solutions.
  • Communicate and apply procurement guidelines across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in material management, inventory control, and supply chain management, with an MBA or BE (Mechanical) degree and International recognized certification CSCP/CIPS. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
