Lead Frontend Developer
A visionary and technically strong frontend lead is needed to drive frontend excellence, lead a passionate team, and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces for high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving frontend challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the frontend team with a hands-on approach to development, architecture, and design.

  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using Vue.js.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement features.

  • Optimize UI for speed, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Maintain a reusable component library and enforce coding standards and best practices.

  • Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level frontend developers.

  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs and third-party services.

  • Translate UX/UI designs into production-ready code with attention to detail.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 3 years with Vue.js.

  • Strong understanding of Vue 3, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, and Vue CLI/Vite.

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based architecture.

  • Experience with REST APIs, state management, and frontend testing frameworks.

  • Familiarity with build tools, Git, CI/CD, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Strong UI/UX sense with the ability to work closely with design systems.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Nuxt.js, TailwindCSS, and frontend performance optimization.

  • Background in fintech, data visualization, or stock trading platforms.

  • Exposure to agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.


This role involves leading a frontend team, driving the design and implementation of scalable solutions, collaborating with designers and backend engineers, and ensuring seamless integration of APIs and third-party services. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, excellent technical knowledge, and experience with Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. They are also familiar with build tools, Git, CI/CD, and cross-browser compatibility, and have a strong UI/UX sense with the ability to work closely with design systems.
