We are seeking a talented and skilled Creative Video Content Producer to contribute to our team's visual storytelling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Video Production: Plan, capture, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  2. Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and concepts for video projects, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy.
  3. Technical Expertise: Operate video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment with proficiency, ensuring production quality in every project.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to conceptualize and execute video content.
  5. Editing: Utilize video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, to create polished final products, manage post-production tasks, and ensure color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics meet the highest standards.
  6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  7. Content Optimization: Stay updated on video trends and best practices to ensure content is engaging and effective for target audiences.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in video production and editing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software, camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to produce engaging video content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in both shooting and editing to ensure a professional and polished final product.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and video optimization techniques for online platforms.
  • Familiarity with drone operation and aerial videography.
